Common use of Vessel Information Clause in Contracts

Vessel Information. All written information supplied by the Seller to the Owner Participant or to any independent appraiser or surveyor furnishing any report or appraisal to the Owner Participant with respect to any Vessel or any part thereof was accurate and complete at the time given in all material respects and, if the Seller later determined that any such information, at the time given, was inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect, the Seller has notified each such party of such material change in any such information so supplied.

Vessel Information.
