(Vessel's Market Value to Debt Ratio. Additional Security) ensure and procure that at all times, while the Loan is outstanding, the Vessel's Market Value shall be in excess of 120% of the aggregate of the Outstanding Indebtedness and of any claim, lien, or encumbrance having priority to the Bank's security, less any moneys standing to the credit of the Current Account and if at any relevant time the Vessel's Market Value (together with the value in Dollars of any additional security given under this Clause as accepted by the Bank at its sole discretion) is less than 120% of the aggregate of the Outstanding Indebtedness, and in case of outstanding Designated Transactions the Swap Exposure, and of any claim, lien, or encumbrance over the Vessel having priority to the Bank's security, the Borrower will within thirty (30) days of being advised by the Bank of such an event, either repay such amount which is required to reduce the Outstanding Indebtedness to the required level, or provide additional security in an amount, form, and substance in all respects acceptable to the Bank.
