Vested Interest before Break in Service. In the case of any Participant who has five (5) consecutive One-Year Breaks in Service, Years of Service after such five (5) year period shall not be taken into account for purposes of section 8.01 to determine his Vested Interest in his Accrued Benefit derived from Company Contributions which accrued before such Break in Service. Both pre-Break and post-Break Years of Service will be taken into account for purposes of section 8.01 to determine the Participant's Vested Interest in his Accrued Benefit derived from Company Contributions which accrue after such Break in Service. In such case, the Accrued Benefit derived from Company Contributions shall be divided into separate accounts for pre-Break and post-Break Accrued Benefits derived from Company Contributions for purposes of determining a Participant's Vested Interest in such Accrued Benefit. Both accounts will share in the allocation of gains and losses of the Trust under section 6.07.
