Year of Service means an eligibility computation period during which the Employee completes not less than the number of Hours of Service specified in the Employer's Adoption Agreement. The initial eligibility computation period is the first 12 consecutive month period measured from the Employment Commencement Date. The Plan measures succeeding eligibility computation periods in accordance with the option selected by the Employer in its Adoption Agreement. If the Employer elects to measure subsequent periods on a Plan Year basis, an Employee who receives credit for the required number of Hours of Service during the initial eligibility computation period and during the first applicable Plan Year will receive credit for two Years of Service under Article II. "Employment Commencement Date" means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service for the Employer. If the Employer elects a service condition under Adoption Agreement Section 2.01 based on months, the Plan does not apply any Hour of Service requirement after the completion of the first Hour of Service.
