Common use of Vesting and Payment Clause in Contracts

Vesting and Payment. If you remain employed through the Vest Date, the Award will be paid on the Original Settlement Date or Agreed Settlement Date (as defined below), whichever is applicable. If your Termination of Employment occurs for any reason before the Vest Date except for the reasons listed below, the Award will be forfeited.
