Vesting of Intellectual Property. (A) Subject to Clause 10.1(C), all Intellectual Property conceived, originated, devised, developed or created by the Operator or its Subcontractor for the carrying out of the Operation Services (“Operator IP”) shall vest in the Operator as sole beneficial owner.
