Common use of Vesting/Payments Clause in Contracts

Vesting/Payments. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Award is subject to vesting over a five (5) year period, with 60% of this Award to vest on the third December 5th following the date of the Award, and the remaining 40% to vest on the fifth December 5th following the date of the Award subject to the Participant’s continued employment with the Partnership or one of its affiliates on each applicable vesting date.
