Common use of Vice Chairman Clause in Contracts

Vice Chairman. The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors shall assist the Chairman of the Board, shall perform such of the duties and exercise such of the powers of the Chairman as the latter may delegate to him and shall, in the absence or disability of the Chairman, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Chairman.
