Video Gaming. If the operation proposed by Thorntons does not require a “pour” (on-site consumption) liquor license as required to operate video terminals inside the convenient store as prescribed in the Illinois Video Gaming Act, 230 ILCS 40/1, et seq., and Thorntons will likely be approved by the Illinois Gaming Board for appropriate license to operate video gaming terminals, and upon all applicable conditions necessary for the issuance thereof being satisfied, the City agrees to pass an ordinance amending Chapter 110 of its Code of Ordinances to increase the cap of establishments authorized to operate video gaming terminals within the city’s corporate boundaries by 1 (one) at least 3 months prior to the business opening date prescribed in Section

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Lottery The lottery shall be conducted as set forth in the Application, and shall be designed in such a manner that it gives a parent or any other legal guardian a reasonable opportunity to participate in the lottery. If the number of applicants for admission exceeds the capacity stated in the Charter for any grade, building, or program, the Organizer must conduct a random lottery for enrollment, giving each timely applicant an equal chance of admission, with the following exceptions:

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Gambling Lotteries; bidding fee auctions; sports forecasting or odds making; fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes; Internet gaming; contests; sweepstakes; games of chance.

  • Streaming The Licensee is entitled to an unlimited amount audio streams (on all streaming platforms such as Spotify) and unlimited video streams (on all platforms supporting video such as Youtube) for the song(s) created with the composition. All streaming royalties generated by the Licensee's song(s) belong to the Licensee.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Music You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Xxx 0000. This Agreement confers that permission.
