Video Gaming. If the operation proposed by Thorntons does not require a “pour” (on-site consumption) liquor license as required to operate video terminals inside the convenient store as prescribed in the Illinois Video Gaming Act, 230 ILCS 40/1, et seq., and Thorntons will likely be approved by the Illinois Gaming Board for appropriate license to operate video gaming terminals, and upon all applicable conditions necessary for the issuance thereof being satisfied, the City agrees to pass an ordinance amending Chapter 110 of its Code of Ordinances to increase the cap of establishments authorized to operate video gaming terminals within the city’s corporate
