Village Codes and Ordinances. The VILLAGE and HEARTLAND agree that except as specifically modified in this Agreement and attached drawings and exhibits, the Property shall be developed in compliance with all ordinances, codes and regulations of the VILLAGE, as amended from time to time.

Village Codes and Ordinances. The VILLAGE and OWNER agree that in the event the Property is not developed prior to annexation then, except as specifically modified in this Agreement and the attached drawings and exhibits, the Property shall be developed in compliance with all ordinances, codes, and regulations of the VILLAGE in existence or adopted after the date of this Agreement, provided, however, that the application of any such ordinance, regulation or code shall not result in a reduction in the number or residential building lots herein approved for the property, or alter or eliminate any of the ordinance variations provided for herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the VILLAGE is required to modify, amend or enact any ordinance or regulation and to apply the same to the Property pursuant to the express and specific mandate of any superior governmental authority, such ordinance or regulation shall apply to the Property and shall be complied with by OWNER.

  • LAWS AND ORDINANCES In the exercise of any privilege granted by this license, licensee shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local government, and municipal laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, codes, decrees, orders and other such requirements (collectively, laws) including without limitation Laws regarding wages and hours, health, safety, building codes, emergencies, and security. Licensee shall apply, pay for, and obtain all required licenses and permits, including without limitation licenses and permits for fire and life safety requirements.

  • Ordinances Construction shall conform to all Federal, State, County, and local codes, ordinances, regulations, and standards having jurisdiction thereof. In the case of conflict between any such applicable documents mentioned above and the specifications and drawings, the highest requirement shall govern. No additional charges shall be allowed for any changes to make work conform to regulations of above-mentioned documents or governing agencies, but shall be considered as completely included in the Task Order price.

  • ORDINANCES AND STATUTES Lessee shall comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all municipal, state and federal authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the premises, occasioned by or affecting the use thereof by Lessee.

  • Governing Laws and Regulations a. That this Agreements shall be governed by the provisions of the India Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (Direct Selling} Rules, 2021 or other laws of the land.

  • Environmental Regulations The Contractor shall conduct activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and other requirements of the Contract relating to the environment and its protection at all times. Unless otherwise specifically determined, the Owner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining permits related to stormwater run-off. The Contractor shall conduct operations consistent with stormwater run-off permit conditions. Contractor is responsible for all items it brings to the Site, including hazardous materials, and all such items brought to the Site by its Subcontractors and suppliers, or by other entities subject to direction of the Contractor. The Contractor shall not incorporate hazardous materials into the Work without prior approval of Owner, and shall provide an affidavit attesting to such in association with the request for the Substantial Completion Inspection.

  • Sunshine Ordinance Contractor acknowledges that this Agreement and all records related to its formation, Contractor’s performance of Services, and City’s payment are subject to the California Public Records Act, (California Government Code §6250 et. seq.), and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, (San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 67). Such records are subject to public inspection and copying unless exempt from disclosure under federal, state or local law.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS The Contractor, it’s Subcontractors, and their respective employees, shall comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations in the performance of the services, including but not limited to those promulgated by the City and by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). In case of conflict, the most stringent safety requirement shall govern. The Contractor shall indemnify and hold the City harmless from and against all claims, demands, suits, actions, judgments, fines, penalties and liability of every kind arising from the breach of the Contractor’s obligations under this paragraph.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS Contractor, to the extent applicable to this Agreement, shall comply with the following Federal laws and regulations as set forth in 24 CFR §§570.600-612:
