Common use of Violation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Violation of Payment. If the Employer fails to make fringe benefit contributions in accordance with this Agreement, the Union may take economic action against the Employer provided it gives written or telegraphic notice of 48 hours excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays to said Employer and the Association before taking such action.

Violation of Payment. If the Employer fails to make fringe benefit contributions in accordance with this Agreement, the Union may take economic action against the Employer provided it gives written or telegraphic notice of 48 forty-eight (48) hours excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays to said Employer and the Association before taking such action.

Violation of Payment. If the Employer fails to pay wages and/or make fringe benefit contributions in accordance with this Agreement, the Union may take economic action against the Employer provided it gives written or telegraphic notice of 48 hours excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays to said Employer and the Association before taking such action.

Violation of Payment. The Employer agrees to pay all cost and collection charges resulting from late payments and delinquent contributions and further agrees to abide by the rules and regulations promulgated by the Trustees of said Funds. If the Employer fails to make fringe benefit contributions in accordance with this Agreement, the Union may take economic action against the Employer Employer, provided it gives written or telegraphic notice of 48 hours seventy-two (72) hours, excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays to said Employer and the Association before taking such action.
