Violation of Payment. If the Employer fails to make fringe benefit contributions in accordance with this Agreement, the Union may take economic action against the Employer provided it gives written or telegraphic notice of 48 hours excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays to said Employer and the Association before taking such action.
