Training Trust Fund. Contingent upon the Fund being jointly and equally trusteed, the Employer shall contribute to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Training Trust Fund in accordance with the attached Appendix A and forming part of this Agreement.
Training Trust Fund. Each Employer subject hereto shall contribute the amount established in the respective wage schedule for each and every hour worked by an Employee covered by this Agreement to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Training Trust Fund, X.X. Training Trust Fund. Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund the amount in cents per hour as shown in Article XXVIII. Payment shall be made on the dates, in the manner, form and in accordance with the rules and regulations as adopted by the Trustees of the herein mentioned Training Trust Fund. The Employer may submit funds electronically.
Section 2. The Employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of Trust entered into and dated April 1, 1968, establishing the Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund and Participating Employers and by any amendments to said Trust Agreement.
Section 3. The Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund shall be administered in accordance with all provisions of applicable law.
Training Trust Fund. The parties hereto acknowledge the Saskatchewan Construction and General Workers' Training Trust Fund as constituted by the Trust Agreement dated October 1, 1972, together with all amendments thereto.
Training Trust Fund. Each Employer subject hereto shall contribute the amount established in the wage schedule for each and every hour worked by an Employee covered by this Agreement to the Saskatchewan Construction and General Workers' Training Trust Fund. Contributions for said Fund shall be forwarded to: Funds Administrative Service, 9th Floor, 0000 - 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, X0X 0X0. The Union agrees, either solely or through the Training Trust Fund, to reimburse all reasonable training connected to the ongoing employment of Local 180 members. Site specific, non-transferrable training will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Training Trust Fund. The Employer shall contribute to the IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund during the term of this Agreement the amount of .25% of gross wages paid an employee covered by this Collective Bargaining Agreement excluding, however, wages paid to employees for which contributions to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund are required. All contributions to the Fund shall be payable no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for the hours worked in the preceding month. All contributions shall be payable to IATSE Training Trust Fund, 00000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000, along with a list of all covered employees and the total gross wages paid to each employee in the reported month. Employer agrees to be signatory to the IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund, established June 22, 2011, (“Trust Agreement”) and to abide by and be bound by its terms and conditions, and any amendments thereto, and all policies and procedures of the Fund, including Collection of Contributions Payable by Employers, as related to the contributions due as per the above referenced collective bargaining agreement.
Training Trust Fund. The Employer agrees to contribute to said Fund at the rate established in the respective wage schedule per hour for each hour of work performed by each of its Employees covered by this Agreement. Such contributions shall be remitted to Cement Xxxxx/Plasterer Training Trust, , #42 - 0000 - 00 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, X0X 0X0, by the 15th of the month following the month of which such contributions are payable.
Training Trust Fund. The Employer and Union acknowledge the Apprenticeship and Training Fund for the benefit of members of the Union, and others, which Fund is called "Cement Xxxxx/Plasterer Training Trust Fund".
Training Trust Fund. Section 10.1. In addition to wage scales listed in Schedule “A”, all employers shall pay into the Oregon-Washington Carpenters’ Training Trust Fund sums per compensable hours worked as detailed in Schedule “A”.
Section 10.2. The existing Oregon-Washington Carpenters’ Training Trust Fund, including all amendments, shall contin- ue in full force and effect and shall be recognized as a fund held in trust, and therefore an appropriate depository for the contributions referred to herein above.
