Violations or Serious Violations Sample Clauses

Violations or Serious Violations. If a Violation, Serious Violation or other failure to properly attach Licensee's Facilities is discovered during an inspection or a survey by Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or review of an inspection by Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or at any other time during the term of this Agreement, then the provisions of Sections 2.2.2 and 2.7 hereof shall apply.
