Tenant shall provide Landlord security (by way of example only, in the form of a cash escrow or Letter of Credit) which is satisfactory, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, to assure that such Permitted Violation is corrected, including all Costs, interest and penalties that may be incurred or become due in connection therewith.
Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.
