Violations of law, agency policies, or standards of ethical conduct will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken.
Violations of this Paii shall result in a penalty of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per violation to be remitted to the SCA for purposes of deposit and expenditure in connection with Part l0(C) of this Compact, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Paiiies.
