Project Company submits a request to that One Stop Service for the necessary visas, work permits and identification cards for expatriate employees of the Project Company in compliance with Labor Law and this Agreement. Any such request from the Project Company shall include all relevant application fees and forms, fully completed, and other information required by the employment and immigration authorities of Lao PDR.
