Shiftworkers. 37.1 Shiftworker for the purposes of this clause is defined as an Employee who performs Shiftwork and who starts or finishes a shift outside of the ordinary hours set out at clause 36.2 above.
37.2 A Shiftworker shall be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked.
37.3 An Employee who has to work Shiftwork shall be given at least 48 hours of notice of the requirements to work shiftwork.
37.4 For clarity, Shiftwork, means work comprising recurring periods in which different groups of workers do the same jobs in rotation; the different groups of workers do not necessarily need to be employed by the same employer for the purpose of this definition.
Shiftworkers. 35.1 Shiftworker for the purposes of this clause is defined as an Employee who performs Shiftwork and who starts or finishes a shift outside of the ordinary hours set out at clause 34.2 above.
35.2 A Shiftworker shall be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked.
35.3 An Employee who has to work Shiftwork shall be given at least 48 hours of notice of the requirements to work shift work.
Shiftworkers. (i) A shift worker, when going on shift, changing shift or returning to day work shall have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty on completion of the day work, shift and any overtime and shall not suffer any loss of pay for any ordinary time, or any ordinary shift time as is appropriate in the circumstances for any such off duty period.
(ii) Provided that, if on the instructions of the Employer, such an Employee resumes or continues to work without having had such 10 consecutive hours off duty, the Employee shall be paid at double time rates until released from duty and shall then be entitled to 10 hours off duty and shall not suffer any loss of pay for any ordinary time, or any ordinary shift time as is appropriate in the circumstances, for any such off duty period.
Shiftworkers. 34.1 Shiftworker for the purposes of this clause is defined as an Employee who performs Shiftwork and who starts or finishes a shift outside of the ordinary hours set out at clause 33.2 above.
34.2 Clause 22. Shiftwork of the Mobile Crane Hiring Award 2010 will apply to any employee required to perform shift work. Where this Agreement clause provides a more beneficial term, the agreement term shall apply.
34.3 Shift workers who work on any shift roster which does not continue for at least five (5) successive afternoons or nights, shall be paid 100% more than the ordinary rate for the hours thereof. In addition to the ordinary rate for the day after shift whenever it falls seven days a week.
Shiftworkers. The ordinary hours of duty of employees required to work shift duty shall not exceed 36.75 per week or an average of 36.75 over a cycle of shifts.
Shiftworkers. Shiftworkers. 32.1 Shiftworker for the purposes of this clause is defined as an Employee who performs Shiftwork and who starts or finishes a shift outside of the ordinary hours set out at clause 31.2 above.
32.2 Clause 22. Shiftwork of the Mobile Crane Hiring Award 2010 will apply to any employee required to perform shift work. Where this Agreement clause provides a more beneficial term, the agreement term shall apply. An employee shall be given at least 48 hours’ notice of the requirement to work shift work, shall be paid 100% more than the ordinary rate for such shifts.
32.3 Shift workers who work on any shift roster which does not continue for at least five (5) successive afternoons or nights, shall be paid 100% more than the ordinary rate for the hours thereof. In addition to the ordinary rate for the day after shift whenever it falls seven days a week. All time worked on public holidays shall be double time and one half. The hours of shift work, when fixed shall not be altered, except for breakdowns or causes beyond the control of the employer, provided that notice of such alteration shall be given to the employee not later than ceasing time on the previous day. The ordinary hours of a shift shall be a minimum of eight (8) hours daily inclusive of paid meal breaks. All overtime on shift work shall be paid at double time rates and an employee shall be entitled to a meal/crib allowance if required to work overtime and each subsequent four (4) hours thereafter.
Shiftworkers. For employees whose duties do not permit the working of straight day duty as shown in clause 16.3.1, the following shift conditions will apply:
Shiftworkers. Employees who work a roster that includes at least 10 Sundays or public holidays over a 12-month period accrue Additional Annual leave at the rate of one week per annum from the first full fortnight.
Shiftworkers. For employees whose duties do not permit the working of straight day duty as shown in clause 16.3.1, the following shift conditions will apply:
(a) Hours of Duty The hours of duty will be an average of 36.75 per week over a cycle of shifts. A reduced number of attendances may be worked in the cycle of shifts.
(b) Maximum Hours The maximum period of ordinary duty on any day, except Saturday, will be 9 hours. On Xxxxxxxxx, xxx maximum period of ordinary duty will be 10 hours.
(c) Minimum Hours The minimum period of ordinary duty will be 7 hours.
