Common use of Visiting Personnel Clause in Contracts

Visiting Personnel. It is understood that in the course of the Development Program there may be occasions where one Party’s personnel (“Visiting Personnel”) may be stationed at the other Party’s facilities on a temporary basis. Such Visiting Personnel shall agree to be bound by all orders, rules and regulations pertaining to the hosting Party’s facilities during the entire time at such facilities.

Visiting Personnel. It is understood that in the course of the Development Program there may be occasions where one Party’s party's personnel (“"Visiting Personnel”") may be stationed at the other Party’s party's facilities on a temporary basis. Such Visiting Personnel shall agree to be bound by all orders, rules and regulations pertaining to the hosting Party’s party's facilities during the entire time at such facilities. Without limiting the foregoing, such Visiting Personnel shall enter into an agreement with the hosting party regarding proprietary information and inventions in a form mutually agreed by the parties hereto.

Such Visiting Personnel shall agree to be bound by all reasonable orders, rules and regulations pertaining to the hosting Party’s 's facilities during the entire time while at such facilities, including reasonable confidentiality obligations.
