VISITS BY UNION OFFICIALS. ‌ With approval of the City or authorized representative, authorized agents of the Union shall have reasonable access to the City’s establishment during routine business hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, providing, however, that there is no interruption of the City’s working schedule.
