Common use of Visits with Family Clause in Contracts

Visits with Family. The Contractor shall be responsible for arranging for transportation for visitation with the Child’s family members or others, as approved by the Placing Agency and in accordance with the Child’s ICPR, at times that accommodate the reasonable needs of the family. This does not include supervising the visit. A separate referral will be issued if DCS wishes the Contractor’s staff to supervise visits.
