Void Where Prohibited. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply to the Sweepstakes. Decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes that are not addressed in these Official Rules shall be made by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and each Participant agrees that all such decisions shall be binding and final. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules.
