Volt DC Power Usage Charge Clause Samples
The Volt DC Power Usage Charge clause establishes the terms under which charges are applied for the use of direct current (DC) electrical power. Typically, this clause outlines how power consumption is measured, the applicable rates per unit of DC power used, and the billing cycle or payment terms. For example, it may specify that users are billed monthly based on metered DC power usage at a predetermined rate. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparent and consistent billing for DC power consumption, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying financial responsibilities between parties.
