Shared Access. 8.3.1.11.1.1 In a Shared Access configuration, there are multiple frames that could be designated as an ICDF or an appropriate Demarcation Point including, but not limited to, the following: a) Existing Interconnection Distributing Frame (ICDF) b) Existing DSX Panels for DS1 and DS3 services c) New Interconnection Distributing Frame d) Existing Toll Frame e) Fiber Distribution Panel f) Existing Intermediate Frame 8.3.1.11.1.2 The ICDF is the test access point. It would not be uncommon to find multiple service providers, including CenturyLink, on the ICDF at any one time. This element includes CenturyLink's provided termination blocks or panels and the associated cost for placement of the blocks or panels. Cabling is also required and may be provided by CLEC or at its request, CenturyLink will provide cabling at an additional charge. When CenturyLink provides the cabling, Collocation Block Termination rates will apply as contained in Exhibit A of this Agreement. When CLEC provides the cabling, Collocation Termination rates, on a per termination basis, will apply as contained in Exhibit A of this Agreement. When CLEC provides and installs the tie cables, blocks and terminations on the ICDF, no Collocation Termination rates will apply.

When Qwest provides the cabling, Collocation Block Termination rates will apply as contained in Exhibit A of this Agreement. When CLEC provides the cabling, Collocation Termination rates, on a per termination basis, will apply as contained in Exhibit A of this Agreement. When CLEC provides and installs the tie cables, blocks and terminations on the ICDF, no Collocation Termination rates will apply.

Shared Access a) The Website is intended for access and use solely by you, and employees and other physicians authorized by you (collectively “Delegates”). b) You are responsible to: (i) Identify the Delegates who should be permitted access to the Website to NP Screen; (ii) Advise NP Screen of any changes in the Delegates in a timely manner using the forms and methods prescribed by NP Screen; (iii) Supervise and control the use of the Website and its contents by the Delegates; and (iv) Advise NP Screen immediately to terminate the identifier of a Delegate, using the forms and methods prescribed by NP Screen in the event a Delegate ceases to be your employee or if you wish for any reason to terminate the ability of such Delegate to access and use the Website. c) You may not provide your identifier to Delegates. They will be assigned their own Identifiers to log on and may view the files you have indicated they are authorized to view. Delegates will not be able to view any records in respect of which NP Screen has received a written letter from a patient restricting the sharing of his/her file. d) You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the Website: (i) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an officer, employee or representative of NP Screen, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (ii) interfere with, disrupt or damage the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Website; (iii) violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, and any regulations having the force of law; or (iv) access the Website after your account or access has been suspended or terminated by NP Screen. e) You agree not to use any crawler, spider or other program that simulates human activity to automatically extract any content accessible on or via the Website.

Shared Access. Shared Access is a feature that allows you to share access to Digital Banking Services with an individual that is neither a signer nor owner on your account. This is the preferred and recommended method to share access to Digital Banking Services. You must agree to the Shared Access Agreement when enrolling the new user. The user that is granted access must agree to this Agreement to access the Digital Banking Services and is considered an authorized user.
