Volume Discount. Contractor may provide a Volume Discount within a given Lot/Region combination for all individual orders 5,500 gallons or greater. If applicable, the Volume Discount for a given Lot/Region combination shall be applied to the invoice for each individual order placed by an Authorized User in such Lot/Region which results in a single delivery of 5,500 gallons or greater. Applicable Volume Discounts are identified in Attachment 1 – Price Pages.
Volume Discount. Service Component Provider shall apply the following volume-based discounts for the total work delivered to Customers as per the following incremental volume discount tiers: Monthly Charges Incremental Volume Discount % Less than $2,099,999.99 0% Between $2.1 Million & $ 5,999,999.99 .05% Between $6 Million & $ 10,999,999.99 1% Between $11 Million & $ 15,999,999.99 1.5% Above $16 Million 2% The foregoing discounts apply on an aggregate incremental tiers basis and not applied unilaterally to the entire sum of Charges. For example, if the Monthly Charges equals $3M, the first $2,099,999.99 will be discounted by the first-tier percent and the second $900,000.01 will be discounted by the second-tier percent and so on.
Volume Discount. DST will offer Customer discounts based on the amount of each total per record charge per method of delivery incurred by Customer in a month. Volume Discount. Based on the Project Capacity within a given Service Term, volume discounts may apply.
Volume Discount. Because of the generally accepted principle that volume ordering results in cost savings, this RFQ incorporates a volume discount requirement that the contractor must apply to those orders which qualify. A percentage discount will be applied to the base running charge of high volume orders. The discount applies only to those orders of single and multiple part forms with a total single sheet equivalent of 400,000 sheets or more. Volume Discount. Beginning with the first calendar month in the month with respect to which the Volume Discount Threshold has been reached, each Operating Agreement shall provide that the Usage Commissions (as defined in the Operating Agreements) payable by the Participating Affiliate to StarMedia or its Affiliates shall be reduced by the Volume Discount Amount. StarMedia shall provide prompt written notice to the Company after the Volume Discount Threshold has been reached.
Volume Discount. Scientific-Atlanta will provide Gulf Power Company with a discount for volume purchases, in the following quantities, of each of the individual Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) described in EXHIBIT B of this contract: Level Cumulative CPE Purchase Quantity Discount on CPE PRice 1) *** units ***% 2) *** units ***% 3) *** units ***% 4) *** units ***% The discounts apply to the prices set forth on the schedule in Section D.1 of this EXHIBIT D or such other prices as may have been agreed to under the terms of this Agreement. These price discounts will be based on cumulative purchases of the above Individual CPE quantities through this Agreement and are for each unit of each type of CPE purchased above the associated threshold level. As technology changes over the life of this agreement, substitutions agreed to by both parties may be made without reducing the cumulative purchased quantity of that CPE type. For example, a different user interface is still a user interface. The cumulative Level 2 discount shall be effective upon the sale of the *** unit. The discount shall increase to the cumulative level 3 amount upon the sale of the *** unit provided that sales beyond that volume are maintained at *** units annually. The discount shall increase to the cumulative Level 4 amount upon the sale of the *** unit provided that sales beyond that volume are maintained at *** units annually. Billing for the cumulative level 3 and 4 volumes shall initially be at the cumulative Level 2 price. If the annual sales levels are met to provide the Level 3 and level 4 discounts, then Scientific-Atlanta will refund or credit to Gulf Power Company annually the difference between the price paid and the applicable discount price. Gulf Power Company and Scientific-Atlanta agree to negotiate quantity discounts above *** units as required but those discounts will not fall below those granted for level 4 purchases.
