Volume Discount. Contractor may provide a Volume Discount within a given Lot/Region combination for all individual orders 5,500 gallons or greater. If applicable, the Volume Discount for a given Lot/Region combination shall be applied to the invoice for each individual order placed by an Authorized User in such Lot/Region which results in a single delivery of 5,500 gallons or greater. Applicable Volume Discounts are identified in Attachment 1 β Price Pages.
