Common use of Volume of Water to be Supplied Clause in Contracts

Volume of Water to be Supplied. The volume of Water that will be supplied by the Company to the Xxxxxx is at a delivery rate not exceeding 0.6 litres per second per hectare for each hectare of the Property owned by the Xxxxxx.

Volume of Water to be Supplied. The volume of Water that will be supplied by the Company to the Xxxxxx is at a delivery rate not exceeding 0.6 0.01 litres per second per hectare of water for each hectare of every one share held with that water to be delivered to the Property owned to be irrigated by the Xxxxxx, that Property being as set out in Schedule 1.
