Common use of Voluntary Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Adjustment. The Company from time to time may increase the Exercise Rate by any number and for any period of time (provided that such period is not less than 20 Business Days). Whenever the Exercise Rate is so increased, the Company shall mail to holders at the addresses appearing on the Warrant Register and file with the Warrant Agent a notice of the increase.
