Common use of Voluntary Benefits Program Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Benefits Program. Effective November 1, 2017, and continuing for the life of this Agreement, the Company agrees, subject to the limitations described below, to include employees in the Voluntary Benefits program as it is applicable to non-represented employees of the Company. The components of the Voluntary Benefits program available to employees may include, but not be limited to, Automobile Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Pet Insurance, Universal Life Insurance, Voluntary Medical coverages and Legal Services. It is understood that employees will be responsible for the entire cost for each component of the Voluntary Benefits program. At its sole discretion, the Company may permit employees to have the required costs withheld through payroll deduction. In addition, at its sole discretion, the Company shall designate the insurance carrier(s) and/or the agent(s) for the various components of the Voluntary Benefits program. The Company may change the insurance carrier(s) and/or the agent(s) at any time provided sufficient notice is given. The Company will provide the insurance carrier(s) and/or the agent(s) with all applicable employee information needed to offer the program. The Company also reserves the right to modify or terminate any one of the various components of the Voluntary Benefits program at any time so long as the changes are uniformly applied to all eligible employees, both non-represented and bargaining unit employees.
