Voluntary Changes of Shifts. (a) Members will not normally work more than 4 days straight except when time owed is scheduled or pre-arranged, or to accommodate (b) below. This policy does not however, preclude the District manager from removing a member(s) from a team to work on a particular project, if mutually agreeable shifting arrangements are made with the member(s).
