Voluntary Dues Allotment. Bargaining unit employees may authorize on a voluntary basis an allotment of pay for the payment of dues. The Union shall supply Standard Form (SF) 1187 (Request for Payroll Deduction for Labor Organization Dues) and be responsible for the distribution of the form to its members. The Union shall be responsible for completion of Section A of the SF 1187, including the certification of the current amount of the Union’s regular dues to be deducted each bi-weekly pay period.
