Common use of Voluntary Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. A. PDP Sponsor agrees to operate one or more employer/union-only group PDPs in accordance with the terms of the Medicare Prescription Drug Plan contract, as modified by this Addendum, which incorporates in its entirety the Solicitation for Applications for Medicare Prescription Drug Plan 2014 Contracts (released on January 10, 2013) and any employer/union-only group waiver guidance issued by CMS (including, but is not limited to, those requirements set forth in Chapter 12 of the Prescription Drug Benefit Manual) (hereinafter "employer/union group waiver guidance").
