Voluntary Planned Overtime Sample Clauses

The Voluntary Planned Overtime clause establishes the conditions under which employees may choose to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Typically, this clause outlines the process for offering overtime opportunities, specifies that participation is not mandatory, and details how overtime pay will be calculated. By clearly defining the terms for voluntary overtime, the clause ensures fairness and transparency, helping to prevent disputes over extra work and compensation.
