Common use of Voluntary Resignation by Employee Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Resignation by Employee. (other than as a result of Constructive Termination). Employee may resign upon 60 days’ prior written notice to Employer. In the event of a resignation under this Section 13(f), the Term shall terminate and Employee shall be entitled to receive Employee’s Base Salary through the date of termination, any Bonus earned but not paid at the time of termination and any other vested compensation or benefits called for under any compensation plan or program of any member of the CyrusOne Group.
