Voluntary Termination by Mutual Agreement. 16.06.1 Either the Xxxx or a Member may at any time propose a special arrangement for the purpose of terminating the Member's appointment under mutually acceptable terms. Unless waived by the Association, no agreement to terminate shall be made until twenty (20) Working Days have elapsed following notice in writing given by the President to the Association of the intention to negotiate such an agreement.
