Common use of Voluntary termination of the Exploitation Period Clause in Contracts

Voluntary termination of the Exploitation Period. At any moment during the Exploitation Period, THE CONTRACTOR may terminate this Contract with respect to any Exploitation Area, for which it shall submit written notice to THE AXX no less than three (3) months in advance, without prejudice to the fulfillment of the remaining obligations.
