Vote on Future Assessments and Fees. In the event that any assessment, fee or charge which is applicable to the Property is subject to Article XIIID of the Constitution and Permittee does not return its ballot, Permittee agrees, on behalf of itself and its successors that the County may count Permittee’s ballot as affirmatively voting in favor of such assessment, fee or charge.
