VOTING IN THE UNITED STATES a. Full-time employees who demonstrably lack sufficient time outside scheduled work hours to vote in local, state and federal elections may take up to two (2) hours off work with pay for this purpose. Paid time off will be provided at the beginning or end of the employee's regular shift as determined by their supervisor, whichever will allow for the most free time for voting and the least time off of work. b. Employees requiring time off must notify their supervisor two days before voting and must present a voter's receipt to their supervisor upon return to work from voting.
