VPI Action. After receiving the Review Committee’s recommendation, the VPI shall approve, continue or deny the applications by May 1 of the academic year of the submission of the application. The VPI shall only approve those applications that meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth above and have been recommended for Tier 3 designation by the Review Committee.
