VPS 1 Classification. (a) The parties agree that the VPS 1 classification will become a training grade. Employees classified as VPS 1 when the Agreement commences operation will transition to VPS 2 effective from that date. (b) The parties agree to review the Grade 1 classification descriptors within six months of the Agreement being approved by FWC to ensure that the classification standards are appropriate for a training grade.
