Vulnerability Testing by Supplier Clause Samples

Vulnerability Testing by Supplier. At least once per year, Supplier shall have an independent, qualified third-party conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of Supplier’s system for Security Vulnerabilities. Within thirty (30) days of completion of such testing, Supplier shall provide ABA with a written report of testing results. Supplier shall maintain suitable processes to identify, isolate and remediate Security Vulnerabilities within mutually agreed upon timelines.
