Common use of Vulnerable Persons Clause in Contracts

Vulnerable Persons. 18.1 This clause 18 apples if the Activity, or any part of the Activity involves working with or contact with Vulnerable Persons. 18.2 You agree when engaging or deploying a person (whether as an officer, employee, contractor, or volunteer) in relation to any part of the Activity they will comply with the Department of Social Services “Vulnerable Persons, Police Check and Criminal Offences” policy available at xxx.xxx.xxx.xx as amended from time to time.
