Common use of Wafer Lots; Expedited Services Clause in Contracts

Wafer Lots; Expedited Services. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties, Production Wafers shall be ordered by Conexant and delivered by Company in Lots of twenty-five (25) Wafers (subject to the applicable Planning Yield Assumptions) and Engineering Wafers shall be ordered by Conexant and delivered by Company in Lots of five (5) to twenty-five (25) Wafers (subject to the applicable Planning Yield Assumptions).
