Common use of Wage Claim Limitation Clause in Contracts

Wage Claim Limitation. Wage claims made by the Union shall not precede the filing date of such grievance by more than thirty (30) days. Wage claims awards may extend forward to the conclusion of the grievance procedure. Pay shall be based on the employee's work schedule for the preceding ninety (90) calendar days. Overtime worked during this period shall not be included in the pay award.
