Wage Compliance Reports. Semi-annual Wage Compliance Reports are to be submitted by October 7 and April 7 during the entire construction period. The Department reserves the right to request any other periodic reports that may be necessary or desirable, in the opinion of the Department, for the implementation of this Agreement or as may be required by HUD and/or any state or federal agency.
