WAGE PROGRESSION SCHEDULE Sample Clauses
WAGE PROGRESSION SCHEDULE. All employees who are hired or who permanently transfer into a job classification (unless previously qualified) shall start at 80% of the maximum rate for the labor grade of that job classification and progress from 80% to 100% of the maximum rate in accordance with the following progression schedule:
WAGE PROGRESSION SCHEDULE. Employees will be paid in accordance with the following wage progression schedule, which is based on a 35-hour work week. Employees working less than 35 hours a week will have salaries prorated accordingly.

1. Upon attaining an employee’s eighth (8th) and ninth (9th) anniversary of service within the bargaining unit, an employee will receive a payment of five hundred dollars ($500) annually on the first scheduled pay after the above anniversary date.
2. Upon attaining an employee’s tenth (10th) through fourteenth (14th) anniversary of service within the bargaining unit, an employee will receive a payment of one thousand dollars ($1,000) annually on the first scheduled pay after the above anniversary date.
3. Upon attaining an employee’s fifteenth (15th) anniversary of service within the bargaining unit, and for each subsequent year, an employee will receive a payment of one thousand and five hundred dollars ($1,500) annually on the first scheduled pay after the above anniversary date.
