The Employer shall establish regular weekly pay days ind furnish to each employee on such pay days, a wage statement showing the period of time covered, name of the employee, straight time and overtime hours worked, total amount of wages paid, and itemized deductions made therefrom. A similar statement will be given to the employee on termination of employment.
