Common use of Wait Time Clause in Contracts

Wait Time. The Company will arrange for your Physician to use his best efforts to be available to you at the time of your scheduled appointment, with minimal waiting time, unless your Physician is attending to a medical urgency or emergency, or is delayed for other good reason.
