Waived School Days. 12 In the event the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction approves a waiver for school 13 closures resulting in school days that will not be made up by students, no employee shall suffer 14 loss of pay. The employer shall provide opportunities to make up the missed hours performing 16 sick leave or take unpaid deduct as an alternative.
