PJM requests that the Commission grant any and all waivers of the Commission’s rules and regulations that are necessary for acceptance of this filing and the enclosed VEPCO IISA. Additionally, PJM requests a waiver of the Commission’s 60-day prior notice requirement to allow an effective date of September 29, 2021 for the VEPCO IISA. Waiver is appropriate because the VEPCO IISA is being filed within thirty (30) days of its requested effective date.
