Waiver and Release by Tenant. Tenant waives and releases all Claims Tenant may have resulting from Landlord’s re-entry and taking possession of the Premises by any lawful means and removing and storing Tenant’s property as permitted under this Lease, regardless whether this Lease is terminated, and, to the fullest extent allowable under the Laws, Tenant releases and will indemnify, defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to Landlord), protect and hold harmless the Landlord Parties from and against any and all Claims occasioned by Landlord’s lawful re-entry of the Premises and disposition of Tenant’s property. No such reentry is to be considered or construed as a forcible entry by Landlord.
